I imagine there are plenty of people in the world who get tired of explaining this too. Rape isn't about sex as much as it's about power and control. The pleasure of the rapist doesn't come from physical attraction or physical stimulation as much as it comes from the physical domination and debasement of another human being. They get off on forcing someone to do something that person doesn't want to do and they will usually go after someone physically unable to defend themselves, mentally unable to explain to others what happened to them or someone who can be intimidated or threatened out of reporting the crime. The idea that anyone can invite their own rape because of something they wear is repulsive and it smacks of making excuses for people who cannot or will not control their own impulses. It's also rooted in the same mentality that looked at (and still does look at) women as property, inherently meant to be servile to men, a lesser species of human.
