I've just finished coding a bf2 browser and figured this would be the best place to get the word out.

Server admins can also monitor their servers in real-time from the monitoring page. This can be accessed by clicking on the servername in the results list. The rest is all explained there.

There are probably a few bugs here n there but will, with any luck, be fixed as soon as they are found.

Holy crap, that is awesome! No more game-monitor thats for sure.

The ability to filter out IO/vehicle servers is great and the "range" part is brilliant. Apparantly, there are about 20-30 servers that are within 0km of me, and I live in the sticks!
Shame theyre all Wake/karkand/PK servers

let me get this straight, when u select your serv settings u still have to login right? and when u finnaly login, the server might be full already.

I didn't expect this kind of reaction -- the box is getting some serious traffic. Thanks to everyone who spammed the karma at me. I just started writing the code to display kills and deaths on the server monitor page, so you can expect to see this implemented sometime very soon.

It's no different than using Xfire or any other 3rd party external game browser. The browser does use a cached list, but you can always switch to the server's monitor page or add it to your favorites to see slot availability at-that-moment. I understand that it takes a while to load bf2 and login to the accnt server; but even if the server is full by the time you connect, you've still got the in-game browser. It's not like you have to start from your desktop and start all over again. win/win no?

I think someone hasn't deleted their intro movies or flushed their server cache in general.con...
