I believe that I did. I had a 14 best kill streak for quite a while then I got 18 then again about a week ago I got 23. So I know I had the requirements right. I would all be solved if I could just get 18 kills again. Had 15 in a round earlier today but the fact is that i dont usually kill people I capture flags and get kill assists.
