Man... Kids today... I remember my first time pulling a prank on the science centers computers. Now THAT was fun... Some guy made all the PC's speakers play "it's a long way to Tipparary" upon start. I was tasked to remove the shit because I made the tune in class a couple of months earlier. So to get back at the bastard, I pulled a TRULY funny prank. Well, I thought so at least.
Every time you started a PC it would display a crude (remember this was about 20 years ago in the CGA days with 16 colors and a resolution of 320x240 or thereabouts, it took me like WEEKS to make these videos and a player to go with them, not to mention all the trouble of compressing the shit so it would fit on the 40 MB harddrives and not be obvious) video would play. Sometimes a naked lady swinging on a pole, sometimes a monkey sracthing his arse, sometimes a couple in coitus, sometimes a rev'ing car engine (though it doesn't REALLY sound the same coming from a PC speaker), and about 10-15 other vids. Anyway, you were pretty much FORCED to watch the randomly selected video for about 15 seconds before the PC would start DOS like normal. Everyone was like "holy shit, what was that ?" and "Yeah, I have a fucking monkey on my screen too" and "omg you have NO idea what I have on MY screen"... Almost as fun as the Wordperfect macro that changed all the "e"'s into "a"'s, though that wasn't my doing.... I swear !
