I have some Weird EU bug..(Cant get EU medal) need advice

Yesterday and today i played euro forces in 4h, I played as European At least 2h but i get the score but not the time as European..

Yesterday i saw that i had play as European in 3:46 h but it haven't Change anything , i did the test today and played as Eu in about 1h

but it didn't change anything in my EU time... so i cant get the EU medal! I bought EU in march but i don't know how to reinstall i don't have any CD

i download it from EA Link.. what do u think? am i alone with this?

I sent an e-mail to EA for exactly the same reasons. I got a reply stating that during the stats catch up only certain stats will be updated as in scores vehicle times etc and army times wouldnt, i was assured that once everything is back to normal the army times will be reflected accordingly.
