Please give me the name or IP of servers that:

Are not german.
Have no admins.
Run good air maps (Gulf, Kubra, OCS, Zatar, FuShe, etc.)
Are based in (western) europe.
Are almost always full.

They must absolutely not be german (in the style of having [GER] or whatever other bs in their server name) nor have admins on them.

It has 10 or more admins. Including myself. So I don't think that counts. Besides, it's not always on the air map rotation.

Have lots of admins on them. As I know because I'm permanently banned from all their servers after being tempbanned about 20 times.

Most servers are full because they have admins. When you baserape, people leave, dont come back, and server fails. hard to find non admin servers with many people in them
