you can try the BF2s EU server when we run Tampa, when it begins we have 15 players or something on a 64 player map, I tried to get it myself few days back on it, got 16 with tickets to spare, my luck ran out tho....

O lets stop bullshiting , Tell your friend to get on the other team , and blow up assets just keep repairing them
If you have Special Forces, I'd say Warlord. People seem to like blowing up commander assets a lot on that map for some reason.

Mine was kubra dam. Bombers blowing the crap out of my assets Altho i was bombed alot aswell, but i didn't give a shit since that badge is hard to obtain now you only seem to get a repair points after you repair something 100%.. I remember getting about 5 repairs on just the 3 arty guns *sigh* EA makes it harder to keep us playing
Oh yeah, another thing. I seem to get this badge everytime i get 20 repair points lol.
Mine was kubra dam. Ghost town would be a good bet. But kubra dam is also good. Thats where i got my veteran engi badge. I think i ended up with 17 repair points on first try.
I've tried everything. Iron Gator, Warlord ,Kubra Dam servers and there's just not enough time to get 20 repairs in a round or there's nothing to repair...

u take a car drive it in to the water then u take a seat in the back and start repairing it works BUT it must be a 4 seat car

You don't even need water. (The car tends to slide in deeper anyway.)
Drive up against some rocks and tilt the car sideways or flip it over.
Although, you could just drive around like a maniac in a quiet spot and continuously damage your car. Maybe jump ramps or drive off high cliffs.

I'd say, be a mobile "Vehicle ambulance".
Drive a FAV/DPV across the entire map, repairing allies you come across, whether they're in an AA system, TOW, mounted MG, tank... anything.
Check on your map which units are currently engaging the enemies using vehicles, and be there.
