i have all the badges i need for First Sergeant, i am a master sergeant right now but it wont let me uprank to first sergeant, can anyone help me out?

I ah the same issue, i got all the badges after i got 20k I was stuck on first sergeant till today when i finally reached 50k and got promoted to Sergeant Major
