Either an M4 or M4A1 (can't tell) with the "law enforcement" stock, a bottom rail with either a Surefire or Rico flashlight vertical grip thing, and...a sight strongly suggestive of an AimPoint. Picture's kinda small.
M4 or M4A1 as it been said before...might be something else tho.
