My grandparents have a 2nd house, which contains an old eMachines that used to be mine, which has Windows 2000 SP4 on it. This is not "kind of" old, this is pre-Y2K old. I want to upgrade it, I have already put an Ensoniq ES1370 (or Sound Blaster 64/128) sound card in it and replaced the broken speakers. I have also replaced the original 2 64MB (or 128MB total) NEC sticks of RAM with a single PNY 256MB stick of RAM, of which I plan to add another in the future.
These Intel integrated graphics are TERRIBLE. It struggles to run Counter-Strike 1.6, even when I have set the application to start up in DX6 mode. In addition to that, the graphics only go up to 24-bit color.[/my babbling prelude]
So I have found 2 very similar cards from ATi to put in it:
There's the Sapphire Radeon 7000
and
There's the HIS Radeon 7000
I know this probably looks ridiculous because they are so similar but I want opinions on which one I should get. Yes it is a PCI only computer, and these graphics card are dirt cheap so I figure why not get one if the video sucks that bad?

While we're on this, I would also like to know what those pins on the top left part of the HIS model are and what they do:

I've seen those on all of the ancient graphics cards in my garage.
