I'd go to the dealership thats about 1.5 miles from my house and gank me an Audi S4, man are they purdy. Then, I'd take my new car for a test drive over to the local Fry's Electronics and fill it with as many plasma screens, computers, DVD's, etc as it could possibly fit.

You couldn't get away with stealing huge items like a car or helicopter, so I'd probably go for property destruction instead of looting. I might as well hurt some people while doing that so I should attack looters and maybe start a few fires as well.
