ahh your trying to torrent the PR download
erm use uTorrent or bitspirit or something
they both use UDMP port mapping so it finds a random port and uses it
also make shure you set your TCIP.IP limit to something higher than 10
otherwise it will really have an effect on your overall download speed
also turn off DHT, you will also get it quicker.

Like your processes in the task manager, but it shows what port a process is using as well as the endpoint. It's free.

You just tell Azureus a port to use. Then you enable port forwarding for that port to your IP (provided you are using a router).
I wouldn't advise using anything in the 688x range.
