I really am surprised at the none response from Americans to this thread, we have to listen to you clanging your big brass balls all the time in this forum, and yet you've fuck all to say on this matter? WHAT THE FUCK ABOUT SAUDI ARABIA? the silence is deafening.. here are your perpetrators of 9/11! they are killing your country men with IEDs in Iraq, and your president walks arouond holding hands with the head of the Saudi government? and you've nothing to say? un-fucking-believable..
First, let's get one thing straight. The Government of Saudi is not sponsoring terror against the U.S. unlike Iran with its Kuuds. Saudi Government is not supplying weapons and arms to a paramilitary bent on removing America from Iraq or to destabilize Iraq for their own means. We have military bases in Saudi Arabia...if we were targets of the government...then why are we NOT attacked there? Also, Bin Laden
PURPOSELY chose to use Saudis to try to drive a wedge between America and Saudi Arabia but it didn't work.
So now there are a lot of Saudis fighting with the radical insurgency. Don't forget that the Iraqi insurgency is different than the Islamic jihad. In fact, as many of you know..the Iraqi insurgency is becoming more and more involved with getting rid of the latter Islamic militants and that is where the Saudis are. Also, the Saudis that are there are not there with the support of their government, they are there on their own accord like many from surrounding countries. There is a difference and to say that the Saudi government is involved has not been proven ANYWHERE. Our government does point out who is aiding who and the government ACTUALLY arming radical insurgents are exactly the ones our military is speaking up about.
Actually, I would like to hear from guys who have been in Iraq on this one. I would like to hear first hand experience of what they heard or what kind of insurgents they were running into and if they believe that the Saudi Government is involved like Iran and Syria has been. That would be interesting and I would be willing to back off if I heard different...from people who have lived it.
