If I have time to aim go for the head.
While in movement go for upper part och chest and sometimes you hit the head.

I think the easiest weapon for head shots is the AK's, if we are talking medics...

I really hate L85.
It's ugly!
It sounds like a toy!
And it have a live of it's own. Sometimes it is accurate and sometimes you can't hit anything with it.
I try not to use if if I don't get revived and get it....

As I snipe alot I tend to got for headshots on single at semi/long range. Close combat I just aim at their body on auto with most weapons, if I get a headshot then lucky me. Close range sniper, I just bunnyhop until they lie down or stay still long enough to get a headshot/body shot and get pistol out. Can't say thats always successful.

Depends on the situation. In normal circumstances (when both people are running around) I'll aim for the body. If they're static or proned (and I'm using a gun that's really accurate using single shot) then I'll go for a headshot.

I aim for the body when they're at least 25 meters away. Anything below, I try headshots, because they have a greater chance of firing back.

On Op. Clean Sweep, I managed 8 kills in a row with the L85A1 in a cozy spot on the mountain at the uppermost MEC CP. I eventually ran out of ammo, though, trying to pick them off with 3-4 shots. But it was funny watching them run around after being shot.

With submachineguns at close range, I aim for the head. It's really the only way to win against an assault rifle or machine gun without a lot of luck. Medium-range, my graphics settings dictate that I aim for the person, because the person is about 15 pixels high. Long range, there is no such thing as long range submachinegunning. Not without wasting your magazine on one guy and getting two hits.

Anything else, shoot first, think later. Body or head, doesn't matter.

headshots all the time. originally in 1942 i went for bodyshots because i hadn't fully adjusted to leading targets. once i picked that up it was headshots all the time.... that got even easier once they removed the sniper sway when bf2 came out

I agree. I have killed so many people that think they are hiding by shooting their foot, knee or elbow 2-4 times. It's funny ... I will hit someone in the chest. They dunk down in the tower (or whatever) thinking they are safe. Then two shots to the knee or foot and I get blamed for hacking.
"There's no way you could have shot me ...How do you shoot through walls? ... hacker!"

Totally depends on the situation and the weapon. I've got a perfect example, it happens to me all the time. I have been using stock support weapons a lot recently. You notice the deviation the most out of any gun in the game when you use the SAW. Long range you have no single shot and no scope per say. You have no choice but to tap the fire one shot at a time and aim for the head, especially cause most people go prone against a long distance target. You have to go for the head shot it will kill them with one or two shots about 60%-70% of the time while they try to hit you with there M4 or whatever. Chances are you'll get them before they get you. But to be honest it's all about getting to the mid-range fire fight position and prone with no scope with all guns and shot single fire as much as possible. Close range is all full auto (but still using it accurately by only firring two or three shots unless your dead on accurate, or suppressive fire. In fact to be honest Every time I spray any gun I don't hit anything no matter what gun or how close they are. Well that's my advice.

with any weapon at around 20 meters range you can generally get away with spraying if your aim is good, because deviation isn't that great unless you really hold down the trigger

with SMGs though you'd be better off trying to hit the chest and hope for a lucky headshot once the deviation reaches teh head though, they have a very consistant but wide spray...

love using them though
