When I play Bf2 for a certain amount of time greater than 2.5 hours my computer starts to make this click-clack noise.  Sometimes it will settle down and then make the noise again until I shut it off or sometimes, during the noise,  it will take me to a blue screen which says something similar to "You computer has a problem and it cannot be fixed.  Please turn off your computer."  It says a lot more but thats all I can remember.  It has only happened 3/4 times because I usually do not play Bf2 for more than 2.5 hours straight but I want to try to prevent it again.  Do you think my computer cannot take playing Bf2 that long on graphics with mediums and highs.  Thanks.

might be your hard drive overheating, just a thought

on that note, buy an exhaust fan...

The little people inside your computer are cocking their guns and holding your computer hostage.

Either your hard drive is bad or its overheating.

Yep, that sounds like a damaged drive. Does it "smack, crackle and pop" ? (no pun intended on the Rice Krispies ads!)
