I am going with this Graphics card as i only have a 19" monitor, and i can use the EVGA Step up program, where i only pay the diffrence between that and a GTX. (When i come back from i31 lan)

I will not be overclocking for a while, (Maybe not ever) so am looking for other ones if are better.

Dont get those headphones, those are not true surround sound. If you want to use your sound card to its full potential then get some 5.1 surround sound headphones. Theres 4 speakers in each ear. Like these http://www.turtlebeach.com/products/efhpa2/home.aspx

Otherwise everything looks good.

I dont know, i dont care about the price right now. All i need to know, is if that motherboard is worth buying. And if the cables that come with it for the hard drive will be long enough.

Cheap compared to what i thought it would be.

You should be fine on cables and the case is fine.

Processor: Can't go wrong with it! Although I would of gone with the Q6600.
Motherboard: I've heard good and bad, but that motherboard apparently "kicks ass" so you should definetely at least try it!
Memory: Excellent memory!
Video: Nice card, I will probably be getting the same!
Sound: Can't stretch to the fatal1ty on such a good rig like that?
Hard Drive(s): Raptor = good, always. Although I hope you have another drive for the likes of media etc? Trust me, you'll need it!
Case: I've heard lots of good things about the case.
Power Supply: Good power supply, good amps!
Peripherals: No Comment (not well-versed in headphones).

Overall, you have a very nice upcoming rig! What monitor do you have?

The motherboard should last you some time, DDR3 RAM is already out so not sure how long your DDR2 RAM will last before being replaced by DDR3 RAM. Nice motherboard though you can crank up the RAM all the way up to, 8GB.

some of the minor problems I heard from people who purchased this board is some of the problems with their ps/2 connectors as well as chipset overheating, (meaning that the chipset needs an alternate fan or something to counter all the heat and because it is REALLY loud and for some reason blows hot air straight onto the CPU cooler...) Besides these things the motherboard looks good.

best of luck.

learn to read kids.

good call on everything, though i personally despise the A900, supposedly the cooling is great. i would say the 6850 over Q66 only because quad-core has no practical application. the 6850 has faster clocks, faster FSB (which isnt much on the C2d, but still...braggin rights), and sounds cooler then the quad...

Core 2 Duo E6850 sounds cooler than Core 4 Quad Q6600? No it does not!

I've seen benchmarks, that show the 320 is more than capable of high res play, the 640 manages about 10% on average high fps than the 320 on games like bf2 etc.

Maybe it be worth it on dx10 games tho, we will see, imo, 320 is a better price/performer, so I would go for that right now atleast.

Edit:

I've read that CPU he choose can clock upto 5GHz, anyone know if it really can?

If you're not going SLI, I'd get a P-35 Board, DDR3 Capable, 45nm Processing ready.

That's what I intend on doing soon, I hope.

Or this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6813131188 (Idk if this supports SLI or not)

DDR3 RAM is still in its public infancy. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone yet, not when its speeds are going to get bumped way the hell up, and there aren't any DDR3 motherboards that can support the upcoming ones yet. Low-latency DDR2 RAM is still the way to go, for now.

P-35 Boards support DDR3 & DDR2. Even if speeds are bumped way up, you wouldn't want them for their extremely high latency, and you wouldn't be able to run a 1:1 ratio between your processor.
