Have been reading this on BBC news. TBH, I am flabergasted, I thought it was only British Judges that were namby pamby liberals.

I mean, this guy is trying to protect the citizens of his town and now the higher courts have judged the laws he passed to be unconstitutional!!. Illegal immigrants have better rights than legal citizens now or just the same rights?

This sort of crap happens in the UK all the time and it just chokes me.

Hardly the fault of liberals. The judge is just ruling from the constitution.
