i was wandering if some one can tell me if you have to clock up the 15hrs for vet badge first before they give the 20 odd kills in one round,as i have had 20 odd kills before i had the hours,i now have hours but it did not give me vet badge.

You have to have the 15 hours first, then go get yourself 20 kills with the kit.
