anyway, it keeps coming up with this after ive reinstalled CCC 2 times.

seriously: try using driver cleaner to kill anything ati related, reboot and try reinstalling

Yep,

as _j5689_ said, you need .NET Framework - you should of downloaded it with the ATI-CCC package though (dotnetfx.exe). A 0x0000135 is common, so don't worry about it - and it should go away once you get .NET Framework installed!
