What are the hot keys to switch the task bars position from up,down,left, and right? Right now its stuck on top and is annoying to say the least.
Right click on it and make sure it is unlocked. Then click and drag it.

Just while there's a thread about the task bar, I though I'd share a tip that I've found not everyone knows (although most people here might).
The Windows key + D minimises all windows and displays the desktop. Not ground breaking news I know, but a nice time saver.
