Help me paint!

Alright, for those of you who don't know (probably most) I paint, draw, etc. Recently, I have "artist's block" and zero creativity. I really want to paint, but every time I sit in front of the canvas I draw a huge blank. I've tried painting anyway, hoping something would come to me. This leaves me with an ugly mess and waisted paint.

So, I have a 30x40 canvas and a box of oils, give me some ideas! I'll post a picture when I'm done.

If I like the idea I'll do just about anything, lol. I mostly paint portraits, but I've done other stuff and have no objections to trying new things... except Chuck Norris.

Look out your window and start with a pencil. If something is moving you draw only the place where it is so you can draw it later when you have the rest. It's quite good to draw the things outside. It changes quite all 2 months. I tried it but I fail because I have no terrasse on this side of my house >.<

Okay, heres my idea. You may not like it but I'll throw it out there. The basic idea for this is a Norman Rockwell (hope you know who he is or this idea holds no water) piece gone wrong. There's a woman in the kitchen cooking but there are a number of things in the picture aren't quite right, including the woman herself, perhaps. The point is, everything looks normal and happy if you only glance at it, but upon closer inspection of the picture you want the audience to find some things that are out of place and maybe really fucked up. Hope ya like it, I actually spent a few thinking this one up.

Oh, Omni, I have a great idea (from my short story in progress, no less)!

On the top of a tower block (of apartments of some sort) in a built up area in a city. One person just falling off the edge (about 45° inclined), while two others look on (one guy and one girl - the girl herself sort of breaking away from the guy who's trying to hold her back). I'll leave the detail to you, but I suggest a rather foggy & sunny haze combined backdrop of other large buildings. Also, the girl should be trying to reach out to the falling man, and trying to get the other man to relinquish his grasp upon her. Oh, and the falling man should just be holding his hands to his chest while gazing into the distance (perhaps see a glint in his hands - such as off a ring).
Beyond that, I can't think of any more detail to this painting - ask if you need anything else to do with the story/my views on the scenery. If you could pull this painting off, I would be truly astounded.

If you don't want to do it, it's fine - you asked for suggestions!
