you have 24,000 points. they will give you 2,000 pts so, almost 10% of your total points...and you're complaining????

but what i don't get is it says 12:00AM PST August 8, 2007.
i got my email from them at 4:14PM CENTRAL TIME August 8, 2007.
Maybe I did not receive points but they said i was on there master list
Compensation should have been in the form of a new patch (one that fixes things for a change)

If they add 2,000 points to your stats won't that cause a bit of an inbalance? when you total your team, commander and combat score it will be 2,000 out? I know it ain't a big deal but still.
Where is this master list? Any way to tell if I'm getting these points?

anyone find a list? ive tried looking..but meh..no luck
I've had another look at EA's message, and from how I read this, they will give points to everyone who was "active" at some stage during the outage. There just happened to be over 150 000 of these active accounts during this period, and who will therefore get the points. I didn't get the impression you actually had to do anything other than play a game or two during the outage to be elligble for these.
Also, it's probably gona take a while for them to update the stats for 150 000 acounts right?

So basically everyone who plays regularly will get 2000 more points, no one will benefit, but if you don't get the extra points you loose out in the rankings
lol I just realised that if I get the extra points I only need 295 points to get to Major instead of 2,295.
