Go to Control Panel - Add/Remove programs - Windows Components and it could be there.
Have you checked C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories ? PM me for a link to it.
No.. I don't think you understand - it's a long story but it is gone. I need the application again but MS don't have it for download.
Check PM's.
It isn't for DL because it is bundled in the installation CD.
Notepad is the best program ever.

both have their uses. Notepad is great if you are editing some config files. Wordpad is a stripped down Word
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

Just to keep the thread going...any files you delete 'accidentally' can be restored from the source CD. Check in the i386 folder on the source CD for a file wordpad.ex_ You can then use the expand.exe file on the CD to 'inflate' the wordpad.ex_ to wordpad.exe. True of any other 'deflated' file on the source CD.
