I'm just excited about it so I have to tell someone.
I just got a job offer today doing almost what I'm already doing but with a bit more responsibility.
But the pay? 54.3% raise. Oh my. That's a lot of money.
The retirement package is a smidge better too.
The negatives?
Two weeks vacation instead of three/four (depends on if we meet the requirements for the yearly bonus)
Their insurance isn't as good (although we go through my wifes company for insurance)
And there is the possibility of occasional travel. Not often, but occasional business trips for a few weeks at a time.
But dang, that's all worth 54.3% to me.
