If you want to continue eating those snikerdoodles - thats fine ......... for every snikerdoodle cookie you eat drink a half gallon of water and bust out 50 crunches and 50 side crunches (you'll quit eating those if you stick to this )
j/k you've got a good metabolism ( for now but things will catch up as you get older ) so you keep eating those but its better to throw in alot of good food ( think of those snikerdoodles as "cheat snacks" which on my programs I allow some " cheat snacks " )

stretch out
25 crunches --- bust them out as fast as you can
flip over
10 push ups --- bust them out as fast you can
roll back over to your back
arms out to your side palms on the ground for balance
legs locked out and feet together
lift them off the ground, keeping legs locked, straight up too make a 90 degree angle then back down and stop 6 inch's off the ground - repeat 10 times * SLOW * feel the burn
while on your back, arms out to the side .... bicycle in mid air --- count to 30
do this 10 mins a day, everyday -- mix it up if you want to and 2 months you will see a difference
