if he's 6ft tall and only 150 lbs i can't imagine him being fat.i weigh more than him and he's a couple inches taller than me.Commie Killer wrote:
Well if hes 150 and 6ft, then its probably cause his weight is all bone skin and fat.....no muscle....no offense intended dude. My advice, if your doing that good, then just work out some, you'll be fine.
Not fat, but not much muscle mass either. Tbh:aj0404 wrote:

I was 175 lbs. when I started XC.
I was 175 all throughout the XC season.
I was 175 when it ended.
I was 175 after Thanksgiving and the buffet lunch and dinner the day after.
I am 175 now.
I maintained the same weight during XC because I gained muscle. I kept up the exercise though, and maintained my eating habits and stayed the same weight.

Just wondering, where did you get your Body Fat and Body Water measurements? I'd love to have that resource available around here.Nappy wrote:

Jimmy Tango has the answer!
at the gym they have a special set of scales that tells you the bodyfat and water %
i dont know how accurate it would be but it was what the personal trainers use so it cant be too bad

Have your mom duct tape your month and tie you to a chair. A less drastisic measure, do drugs...no wait you will get the munchies. You screwed dude
Exercise is overrated. I haven't voluntarily exercised for months, but by sitting on a computer all day playing games and not eating, i've managed to maintain a (unhealthy) weight of 45kgs.
Although, its not like I try starving myself. I eat when I get hungry. I just don't get hungry much, and when I do I don't need much to fill up again. I guess my stomach shrunk : o
