I don't know how we do this is Vista.... all i get is the option to "Defragment", not to analyse.

Whatever OS you have, constantly installing / uninstalling / downloading then deleting massive files fragments the drive up like a beast.
How DO you get the defrag screen on vista anyway?
whats with all the standard windows defraggers, diskeeper 10 ftw. my HD gets defragged 7 days a week while i am at work for 2 hours a day. and diskeeper does alot more than just defrag files/folders
