No not glitches, I class glitches more of a enemy shooing from somewhere he can't be killed in.
Plus I would also like to see anybody try to get up there without getting shot lol

"Glitching" like that has been a part of CoD since CoD 1.
Thats not really a Glitch imo and im sure the heli's would clear those roofs pretty nifty!

its more like 'exploring'
you don't get an unfair advantage, you're not invulnerable and you can't shoot people without them shooting back, its just it takes a bit more patience and creativity to find
like on some maps you can run across places faster by jumping on a protrusion from the walls and skip stairs and such

you would die in a populated server long before you could do most of that.

Glitching is an exploitation of the 3D models geometry in a map. This is caused where two or more polygons don't match correctly allowing a gap that can be used to get "behind" the map. Like the famous warlord glitch.
This is used in every UT game i have ever played. It's exploring only and any league would allow it... or should. Just shows creativity but as mentioned by Christbane, you'd be dead long before you could pull most of that off in a real game.

Its not a glitch. It was designed that way. Hence the bins.

Spots like that are intentional imo. They are scattered through CoD2's maps as well. You can get up/into them with effort but doing it without getting shot....
