What's the best defrag program out there? And what does it offer over the standard Windows System Tools Defrag?

I didnt know that there were better programs to defrag a HDD...

can you really trust it though, i mean if its freeware...

and Id think that a non-windows defrag would cause issues in Vista with the whole touching and moving all of your files
