my computer says my supported RAM speed is 533 Mhz...

is it possible to go to 800Mhz RAM? im running XP for OS

also can u guys tell me which is better

I don't believe you could go to 800MHz, I'd stick with 533MHz. As for the RAM sticks, I looked both product numbers up on newegg. The first one is server memory, which you probably don't need. Get the second, less expensive RAM.

As far as I know, if you put in a 800mhz stick of RAM it would be clocked down to 533.
