To be honest I think that the OP has probably been answered. It seems that the Dems control Congress, yet there are no moves to Ratify. A shame really as I was hoping they might actually make an effort.

You're right. Kyoto is crap. The emissions targets are way too low. So low they're almost pointless.CC-Marley wrote:

There should be a new agreement on emissions targets which everyone is signed upto with equal limits per capita which are significantly stricter than those imposed by Kyoto.
