So. I had Medic, Assault, Sniper and support unlocks since this spring. So today i bought SF and i played one round. After one round i made my stats update and what i see? I'm having automatically all BF2 weapons unlocked (original BF2) and I have three SF guns unlocked (Engineer, Special Force and Assault). Like wtf? I thought I'm gonna get only those class second unlocks what I've already have from first unlock. Is it some glitch or bug? I HOPE SO :S!
Special forces weapons are all unlocks.
all? No i have only three. I should have SF sniper, medic gun, assault and spec ops gun. but i only have engineer, assault and spec ops gun unlocked but i don't even have those unlocked from BF2.
are... messed up...
Love is the answer
you do realise you have 10 unlocks, which for your rank is correct and that to get the unlocks you have to choose them
which kinda means you chose those
all SF does is give you an extra unlock per rank, it lets you use it on any gun (SF unlocks only if you have the vanilla unlock)

dude. I didn't chose nothing. I played SF one round. Then i quited. I went to the BF2 and i saw that i have have all BF2 unlocks and 3 SF unlocks. I didn't get anything to chose.
does not matter.the point is you must stick with stock weapons.
when you play first round sf you get 2 unlocks!
so i have to play more rounds to get others too ?

Is this your account:
http://bf2s.com/player/43720192/ ?
It is indeed the correct amount of unlocks that you can get with your rank and both BF2 + SF.
Normally, when you rank up and exit to the main menu, you'll hear a drum roll and a small window pops up where you can unlock the next weapon.
It seems as if you did select them...
Could it be that someone else played with your account and chose the unlocks?
Anyway, you'll get the next 2 unlocks when you reach 20,000 points and the final 2 unlocks when you reach 50,000 points.
The only drawback you might have, is that you might wanted to choose one of the 4 missing second tier (SF) unlocks rather than the ones from the first tier (BF2).
Those 4 are quite nice and I'd always chose them over the G36E and the useless MG36.
MP7 FTW!

You can't really choice what unlocks you want in SF, only one side can have them and that what made it not so popular, we wanted to be able to pick the new weapons and what side we wanted without any problem.
Oh well. I hope when i reach 20k points level then I'm gonna get my sniper .
They call that a Private BuG....it happens to everybody eventually......log out and back in it will fix the problem.....again no unlocks ingame during Ranked gaming.....LoG OuT and BacK In AgaIn.
"Order and Availability of Unlocks – When an unlock is granted, you will be able to select any weapon listed below. However, the Battlefield 2: Special Forces Unlocks can only be unlocked if (a) you have played Battlefield 2: Special Forces and (b) if you have first unlocked a kit’s Battlefield 2 Unlock. For example, you cannot unlock the Medic’s H&K G36-E until you have first unlocked the Medic’s L85A1."
read again "HOWEVER, THE BF2:SPECIAL FORCE UNLOCKS CAN BE UNLOCKED IF (a) YOU HAVE PLAYED BF2: SP and (b) IF YOU HAVE FIRST! UNLOCKED a KIT's BF2 UNLOCK. "
I had five first unlocked kit's(medic, assault, sniper, support, special ops) so that means I should get five second tier unlocks(medic, assault, sniper, special ops, support)! But i got all first unlocked and two-three second tier unlocked(Engineer, Assault, Special Ops) just after playing one round SF. I didn't even got a chose to choose those weapons. They just automatically unlocked. Something has to be f*cked up in here.

No, no!extender wrote:

The SF unlocks are only additional unlocks. You can still spend them on tier 1 unlocks.
If you want a tier 2 unlock, you need to have unlocked the respective tier 1 unlock first.
That's the real problem. And I have no idea what it could be.extender wrote:

i downloaded something from fileplanet that unlocks all the weapons but you can only play it on singleplayer but its still cool
Good for you.delta24 wrote:

But this has nothing to do with extender's problem of not having had chance to chose his unlocks, but rather getting a bunch of them all at once automatically.
