But yeah my kill streak is only 19 and that was like a day or two after getting the game ages ago so I can't really remember. I'm pretty certain it was on Bloc on a 32 slot server and going into the opposing building with my trusty MP5 and clearing it all out entirely. Was pretty intense.

I'm guessing a triple from Fenris coming up.
Just an exceptionally lucky combo of luck, good positions, stubborn enemies that kept trying to camp in the same 5 spots, more stubborn enemies that kept trying to rush up the same path, UAV-Jammer + Silencer to keep me hidden, and a little more luck.
kill breakdown (approximately):
40 - M14
10 - Airstrike
10 - Helicopter
6 - USP
Add in the UAV jammer and silencer, to hide me from their radar, and you have a new best kill streak.
My previous streak was 21.
I'll probably never beat 66.. ever.
Bloc was the map, iirc.
