I see the EA link has been replaced with the store now but i want to download AF EF which i have paid for long time ago but i cant see where!

Well Some month ago EA decided that everyone who had the booster packs would have about 6month left to download. After that you would have to pay up to 10$ again to be able to download it for say 6months to 2 years or so depending on when buying it.

But im the terms and conditions there never informed the user that they may take away the service. As far as i was aware it would be an on going service! Surely this cant stand leagily?
I redownloaded EA link like a month ago after a reformat on my OS drive , and I downloaded both packs fine .
I noticed Ea link got smaller ' like no patch downloads , but still works for me .
I'm confused to what the problem is with the OP .
Are you sure you cleaned out your Registry ?
I know if I don't delete these keys It won't let you download them twice .

On topic, I bought both booster packs when they came out and I still have access to both of them.
Well I don't know when they will end for you guys but they will within next year or so. So just redownload them again and burn them to a CD or so. I don't know if you will lose the ability to play the boosterpack after that but if you do then I think its time to complain a LOT.
But i cant find anywere to download them from again. does any one have a link?

Download it, burn it to a CD. Thats what I did with both boosters and 1.41 (and localisation).
That was only because I bought a new PC and it was quicker to transfer it like that....but if that is the case that EA are gona fuck you over, it might be worth doing. Certainly the first Ive heard of it.

What I just did was went to the ea shop website and went to the help section where I was linked to a download for EA downlaoder program. I installed the program onto my computer and ran it. Euro Forces and Armored Fury both popped up in the program and had the "run" option showing because it could tell that they were both already installed on my computer and didn't need to be re-downloaded. Now to download the expansions to save on your computer, so that you don't have to worry about not having a copy of them , you must delete the expansions off your computer so that ea downloader program doesnt find them... so that it allows you to redownload them, right??? Well, you certainly could do that but it is way more work than you need to do. All I did was went to my ""C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\" folder and changed the "battlefield2" to "battlefield22" (or anything you want, just remember how it was originally so you can change it back). Now load up EA downloader again and under the "Settings" option change the designated folder for the downloads to something like "c:\BF2 XP Installs" and when you look at the main ea downloader screen where it used to say "Run" for AF and EF it should now let you re-download the programs since it can no longer find them because it thinks you dont have them installed since you just renamed your BF2 folder to something else. Once the downloads are complete go to your "c:\BF2 XP Installs" folder (or whatever you called it) and the files should all be there for both AF and EF ( or whatever you downloaded) and now you just need to go back to your BF2 game folder and change it back to its original name which for me is "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\" The game should work as it always did and you now have your XP install files permanently on your computer without having to delete the already working XP's off your computer.
