Does anyone have any links to tutorials/guides/tips, etc?

Also, if anyone uses it, how the hell do I add titles? I can't figure it out if my live depended on it.

I assumed it'd be under Title Room, but that just gives me a bunch of lame amateur-ish looking speech bubbles and the like.
