Also when you join the Army I would imagine you have some sort of mindset that allows you to be able to shoot people. Personally If there was no chance of a war coming when I join the Army I wouldn't join. Who wants to be sat in a barracks training all their service?

I shot at people that were trying to kill me and my friends, simple as that.
I'm a soldier, and to be honest I don't really think I have the mindset to shoot people. If someone is trying to kill me I will shoot back of course, but I don't like the idea of actually firing my weapon at a person at all. I hope I will never have to.jord wrote:

Actually, I did. There are certain values in being in the infantry. I'm sure I don't have to tell you. Why do you assume that just because I don't have a murderous craving for killing people I don't want to be a soldier? As I see it, being a soldier is not about shooting people. Wasn't Haji Johnny Quests partner? Anyways I saw a CS spray of a guy getting shot in the face it looked like a Guierilla Warfare guy and a White guy, the Guierilla Warfare guy had the gun. I really didn't like the spray at all, tbh it really creeped me out I kept thinking why would you take a picture of someones death. I can see shooting back if your getting shot at, but not shooting people to get enjoyment out of it, that guy was trying to sound like a badass but he sounded like a fool to me.
