Tell them it has interferred with your work (make up a profession) and that you are contacting a lawyer.  You won't have to prove anything, but they'll sure as hell offer to fix it again (haha watch them fuck it up again) and you'll probably get some free shit out of it.  That is the best they're going to give you.  Any emails with loads of expletives or starting out with you suck will do NOTHING, they'll just delete them.  Tell them you are posting the story on review sites for pc's.  It will spurr them into taking their dick out of your ass.
