You see, Assassins Creed is a fantastic game (for a week), the story is amazing and the graphics are spectacular.
Madden has great graphics but it is not as unbelievable as Assassins Creed. Madden is a more fun game because of multi-player capability and of course football never gets old.

Well, that depends on personal preference. I personally find sports games incredibly boring and monotonous. I haven't bought a sports game since NHL '95.

If it was me, I'd probably go Assassin's Creed, if I absolutely had to choose. My preference, though, is neither.
