Well it doesn't really matter what brand you take a graphics card from, so the cheapest one is a good option. The cards are all produced at Flextronics anyway, the brands don't even make them by their selves.
You can also go for the most attractive package, with good warranty/support, or additional free games etc. I was just wondering why you responded by saying "Now that's just setting up to get a piece of crap." Because of what I just explained.

Well, sometimes you'll have a difference in quality of the connectors. Some cards may have gold connectors, some may have copper. Gold > copper.

I would go for the gainward purely because it has the, what looks like, the revised and therefore newer cooler which is larger than the old one, so I would go for that. But as someone else said I personally would go or XFX. They've been all I've ever had and never let me down.
