hmm... if you had 2GB RAM, I'd say run all High.

But, you're gonna have to do some tweaking to find out what works best for you - start with all high, and then, if you're getting fps-lag, drop settings down to med one at a time until it goes away, then increase the previously changed settings back to high again one at a time...

Oh, actually, shoulda read you're post correctly - it says 6600, not 8600, don't it...

In which case... again, you'll need to tweak, but start from all mediums and go from there...
