Why are there strange people in the top 10 with strange stats?

I stopped caring about who was in the top 10 back when Blazin.uk was number 1. Infact I never cared who was in the top 10, more who was first for a short while.
They are feygits that use a stupid hack to get on the leaderboard. It happens every few months, and EA wipes them with their toilet paper.
