I can not stand this saggin' bullshit. I say pull up your fuckin pants and carry yourself with some respect. These are the same people that wonder why they no one will ever cut them a break.

Having said that, I am torn between my beliefs in personal freedom, (to be able to do what you want, as long as it does not infringe on another right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness) and this article.

Saggin' to me is obnoxious and disrespectful, but it does not infringe on anyone elses personal freedoms. I do not know if it was right to ban someone from the mall for it. I guess streaking does not infringe on the rights or freedoms of others either, but it is right to prohibit it.

Like I said I look the other way on this issue, however, the gov has nothing to do with it. There is no law prohibiting that certain attire in that county so the police did not arrest the man BECAUSE he was wearing baggy clothes. Remember, even though a mall is public domain it is still private property. That is key in this situation because the mall reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. The report stated that the gentleman had been trespassed. That means it is illegal for the man to even be on the property. We all know security guards are not to bright, maybe a kid paying his way through school is ok but a 40 year old security guard ain't to swift. That peaks my curiosity in the sense that they must remember him from something. Maybe he stands out amongst a thousand little baggy pant twats because his sag is a little excessive, or he caused trouble somewhere along the lines, I don't know, its speculation on my part. What I am saying is he must have done something for a dip shit mall cop to spot him accurately. Now we get to the arrest. Security guards are an authorized agent of the proprietor which in this case is the company that owns the mall. That company pays their taxes in the respective community in which they reside/ operate so it is the duty of the police to remove them from said property for trespassing. Also, if you are trespassed from somewhere that is public domain you must sign a trespass form stating you acknowledge it in order for the trespass to warrant arrest, that tells us that the man was fully aware of his wrongdoing by just being there. The cops would not arrest the man unless the fore mentioned document was presented with his signature on it. That being said the government has absolutely nothing to do with this. It was a civil matter between the man with the saggy pants and the mall, the man signed a conditional document stating he would not return and if he did he would be arrested, and then he returned forcing the issue to turn from civil to criminal.

In other words.................

The guy was banned for it before. If you get banned from a private place, you are banned until the owner lifts it. He apparently didn't, they had all rights to get on the guy for it. I think it's funny they cite racism though,
