my family picks ours up yet our neighbors dont so when theres wind it smells like shit...

I don't know who it was, I never saw it happen. I was just walking my dog around the block, and there was poop everywhere. Most likely the same dog, but there are dozens of houses around, so I don't know whose dog it was.

Alberta is known as Canada's depository for shit. I routinely package up my waste, drive for fourteen hours, and then leave it in Banff.

My dog "cleans" it up himself. I don't think that's normal...

WTF dont you have dog warrdens over there, i know we do here in the UK, and they are sneaky fuckers too, i was walking my dog in the local park and he  was turtle heading, so he swifty picked up his stump of a tale and grunted one out right in the middle of the path, looking at me with cute eyes, i knew what he was thinking, he was thinking HAHA FUCKER PICK THAT ONE UP, but i could not as that was his 2nd pootang, as i was about 100 meters away from my car i ran as fast as i could and got another bag, but as i was on my way back to the car this yellow jacketed midget man jumped out from behind a fucking bin, and said " I HOPE YOU ARE GOING TO PICK THAT UP SIR" i said   " YES BUT NOT WITH MY FUCKING HAND DIP SHIT",,,

bascily we have wardens that if you get reported not picking up your dogs land mines they will fine you £50 ... and i said they are like fucking snipers..
