I have it too, but still....I'm interested as to what Xfire Video Capture will be able to bring to the table.  Fraps slows down your computer noticeably, maybe it's not much of a problem with Xfire.

If they can fix that problem that fraps has with the slow down when you turn it on, I might be interested in using it.  I too have the full version of fraps.

Exactly, I've heard GameCam is better in terms of system resource usage, but I've never been able to get it to work...

You could turn it on manually with the last update.  Used it a couple times, it's pretty cool.

I guess I didn't see it with the last update.  How much slowdown does it give you?

About 20 fps, but it all depends on your system and the game you're playin'.

I got 35-45 FPs, all on Low on a 16p server, on my 8800Gt.
So it's...shit a beta, yeah.

Do you mean running the video recording feature of Xfire took your FPS down to 20/80?  Or by20/80?

Nothing new. Nothing exciting. I'd like if they added a little functionality to it as opposed to supporting games no one plays. At least they got that capture function working. Before when you used it, it would just dump 1GB of nothing after you recorded.

I think xfire needs to stop screwing around and add simple games like Pong and space invaders to xfire to play during SD when your dead and downloading mods in CSS and so forth.
