US health care is plenty better than Mexican health care... and I'm pretty sure that without illegal immigrants I would have a hard time finding fruits and veggies at the supermarket for a relatively low price. And if we do ever see the day where America tries to actually help another country out by setting up a health care program... well... I'll karma you or something..
