The statute permits domestic intelligence surveillance with the approval of a court order from the FISA court.

My thoughts exactly.

I like how they keep substituting their new definition of "force" into the bill wording and ignoring the other important piece: "to intimidate or coerce".

Yes, I believe that our freedoms are slowly being taken away by the 'threat' of terrorism. But I think that the video is purely alarmist propaganda.

Not to mention that even if we went by their parsing of the bill's text, she's still safe because nothing that woman spews from her rugmuncher could possibly considered "intellectually powerful" or "a logical argument."

I stopped watching after the Bill O'Reilly montage. I seriously doubt that segment was an accurate representation of O'Reilly's opinions. For one, I remember watching the segment where he talks about the authorities needing to take care of someone, and that was a segment about some looneytunes in San Francisco who invaded a Catholic mass ceremony and were just being asses in general, while the city government was unconcerned about it. Trespass is trespass, no matter what your argument is, logical or otherwise. So I'm reasonably certain the O'Reilly segment was a series of cuts that intentionally distorted his words and purposely made him look bad.

So why should I trust the rest of it?
