Ive gone from not really being bothered, to realising that ive got an interview at University College London on Friday, and one at Imperial College London next Monday... its all kinda snuck up on me. TBH im more interested in the whole student life than the course.

If you havent already, log into the UCAS tracker - i logged on there just now, and saw ive got an offer for St Andrews, after hearing nothing from them.

As you may have guess, im talking to Brits only. I wana know if im gona be seeing any BF2s'ers next year.

I'm looking forward to York uni - One of the highest pubs per area in the UK, also shuttle buses/trains to Leeds until 3am!

Though I'm still worried about being a "gamer" is it accepted by people who go to uni? I mean will they think I'm sad or anything?

I only know one person who's at uni and he was worried too, but found out all of his room mates were hooked on WoW, sad I know, I refuse to play it, but it's still a game.

To the dude who didn't know - UCAS points. Some unis ask for points of the grades you get, others just the grades.

lol i play games. I just dont play games when i want to go out. Hardly any of my mates have PC games, they all play pro evo or fifa etc, mainly we just party animals, or i know them coz of skiing or from my halls in first year.

Someone asked what im applying for? Well, they're all Atrophysics-y courses. I was looking for something like real life applicaions computers in business (setting up servers, databases, web design, networks etc), but i couldnt find anything (all seemed to be just years of C# which doesnt interest me). So i was like... oh black holes, relativity, quantum physics, that sounds fun.

Has anyone visited St Andrews? Im hearing its a lovely place and all, but whats the night life like?
