heres a few questions i need help with

1.give 3 examples with congress's territorial powers
2. has the necessary and proper clause been used to expand or limit congressional power? explain
3.what were the long term consequences of ruling mcculloch v. maryland

2. Definately expanded. The wording is so vague that you can control things like commerce as they've done with Gideon v. Wainwright and Heart of Atlanta Motel v. US. Think about it today, Congress has so much authority over things that either weren't thought of or weren't around when the Constitution was written.
3. Creation of implied powers doctrine. I don't know if it wants long term as in how that has been implemented or what, though.
