Delayed again!
You'd think the merger between Turtle Rock and Valve would speed things up. Obviously not. The release date of "some time early 2008, probably Febuary" unfortunatly prooved too much for the team(s) behind Left 4 Dead and they're now quoting "Probably August or September some time." The wait for this zombie and survivor carnage has been unbearable already for me even though from what I have read I know that the wait will mean that this game will be incredibly polished.
But still!
I've been looking forward to this since the first time I saw the brief teaser - the only official bit of video from Turtlerock the rest being screenshots and gaming media interviews and reviews. Don't get me wrong, it's nice for a developer to put the time and effort into a title to ensure it's quality unlike our friends at EA, but I really do dispise continual delays on the first title I've actually been really been holding out for.

Maybe so, but GTA games have been done to death. Zombie/Survivor Survival Co-ops are in surprisingly short supply.

You can't do GTA games to death. There's too much variety in the world for them to be, they'z too re playable.

You should thank them, BF2 got rushed out cause DICE/EA got afraid that the fans would stop supporting them, look what we got, a good came, but it had much more potential. Im glad they are waiting, says they care.
