I ordered a computer from overclockers and it says that the order is complete but i only ordered it two days ago and it still hasn't come to my house yet. I have set the delivery date to wednesday, should i be worried that they might not deliver it or is this normal
Probably just means that it has been processed, paid for, and shipped.

I just had the exact same problem with 2 components I ordered last Thursday. I only just got them today by going out to the depot and claiming it with my tracking number. I got no email with the tracking number and the time they delievered they left no card. I emailed them and they rescheduled. Again, no card. So they forwarded the email onto the manager of Citylink. So far no response.
Citylink are incompetent retards. Be sure you have everything from Overclockers, as they are about as competent as drugged and drunk monkeys.
Citylink have always been great with everything I've bought (mostly from ebuyer) and they've always been on time and with the normal warning.

On tuesday I ordered my PC parts from overclockers but I am still waiting on the mobo and my order is still in the queue at their warehouse

The only problem I have now is that when i enter my number in the tracking thing on royal mail website it doesn't come up with anything!
Tracking is pretty rubbish with ParcelForce, it doesn't really show anything until its received where you are and on its way to you.Jackabo wrote:
